Eskesen Advisory provides services primarily to:

• Executives soliciting a fresh perspective on their business model/strategy

We offer consultancy on a case-to-case basis. Some examples are:

Strategy days/brainstorming with the leadership team
Diligent preparation in engaging with the business responsible followed up by hosting an intense brainstorming session with the entire leadership team. The result and follow-up plan is usually documented and analyzed in the form of a report.

Strategy projects
We conduct strategy projects, when a clearly defined project or business objective exists. Upon agreement of the specific assignment and deadline, we leverage our knowledge and network in order to deliver the winning formula. All deliverables are clearly defined and timeboxed.

Advisory Role
Our preferred way of working is to develop a long-term business relationship where the consultancy service is ongoing, allowing for a more fluent scope of services. This kind of consultancy can also be set up as an extension of a strategy project.
